Hope and Empowerment Foundation is a humanitarian organization founded in 2025 by Reverend Francis Kofi Takyi Adams. We train youth, women, and marginalized individuals with employable skills to uplift communities across Ghana.
Our Mindset-First methodology addresses the psychological and character-based barriers to economic independence because we believe the most sustainable way to lift a community out of poverty is through the reformation of the mind.

Rev. Francis Kofi Takyi Adams is a distinguished Mindset Education Specialist and a professional in character reformation capacity building. With a background in General Agricultural Science and advanced training in mindset education, he has dedicated his career to bridging the gap between human potential and societal development.
As the architect of the Future Ready Leader Mindset framework, he has pioneered a human-centric approach to poverty alleviation that prioritizes internal character reformation as the foundation for external community development.
